Matthew purchased Carl's back in 1989, at the time there were only six employees. Today Carl's employs over 30 employees and has continued to make quality repair their number one priority. Matt turned Carl's into Dayton's Body Shop juggernaut that it is today.
The secret to his success he tells us is: "A repairer's only sales tools are your service and your word, and one doesn't create a good foundation without the other. You cannot "stock" service – you must sell it when you can. In order to build and maintain your customer base, you must offer honest, high-quality service."
